Late Breaking Abstracts

Late breaking abstracts submission open: 27th July 2021

Late breaking abstracts deadline: 24th August 2021 (Midnight BST)

This aspect of the congress is specifically designed to present the most relevant, exciting, unpublished and recent news regarding every aspect of neuromuscular disorders, and this will not change for the virtual meeting. Please note this is not the place for ‘late submitted abstracts’ though. Three of the successful selected abstracts will be presented virtually as short 10 minute pre-recorded oral presentations plus 5 minutes live Q&A on the last day of the Congress (Friday 24 September 2021) and others may be displayed as digital posters in a designated area of the virtual platform.

Late Breaking Abstract Submission is now closed

Submission Guidelines

Late Submitted Abstracts

The committee felt some submitted abstracts didn't meet the criteria but would have been more suitable for the general abstract submission, which closed on 9th Aprl 2021. Because of the nature of a virtual congress we are able to display more posters on the platform this year so some contributions have been selected as a Late Submitted Abstract E-Poster Presentation. Late Submitted Abstracts will be displayed as an e-poster on the virtual congress platform but not in the journal.

If you have any question regarding the submission of late breaking abstracts please contact Clare Beach, WMS Secretariat - [email protected]
