The virtual congress platform is now live!

Please note:

  • The vast majority of the scientific content and exhibition booths will be available on demand for a period of 3 months after the meeting ends for registered participants only (until midnight GMT on Friday 24 December 2021), unless speakers/presenters/exhibitors have requested their content/recording be removed 2 weeks post-congress. Most of the content will be available via the WMS website https://www.worldmusclesociety.org/ for WMS members to access at a future date.
The Pre-Congress Teaching Course content will move to the WMS Website for WMS members to access after the end of October 2021.

  • The access credentials sent to registered delegates are unique and for the use of the named registered delegate only.

  • Upon entering this congress your presence is logged to the server. If you choose to enter a chat area or a virtual exhibition booth, your presence will be made visible to others in the chat room or the virtual exhibition booth.

  • The content presented in the exhibition booths is solely the responsibility of the exhibitors, and WMS Congress Ltd assumes no responsibility and liability.

  • This is an International Virtual Congress run by WMS Congress Ltd and provided to international HCPs from around the world. Please note that prescribing information provided here may vary depending on local approval in each country. For the purposes of the WMS 2021 Virtual Congress best efforts were undertaken by WMS Congress Ltd and congress sponsors to ensure compliance with European Medical Agency (EMA), however, you should review your local prescribing information and consult directly the congress sponsor’s local affiliate to address any questions.

  • The materials provided by sponsors and exhibitors contained in the virtual exhibition are approved for use only in the country specified in their materials. Prescribing information may vary depending on local approval in each country. Therefore, before prescribing any product, always refer to local materials such as the prescribing information and/or the Summary of Product Characteristics (SPC).

  • Support from pharmaceutical partners helps make this event possible. As such, it is important that we comply with the various codes and directives to the manufacturing, distribution and marketing of pharmaceutical products. The Human Medicine Regulations 2012, (clauses 294-300) and European Union directive (2001/83/EC, article 86) provide guidelines relating to the medicinal products for human use. Within these guidelines is the restriction that access to pharmaceutical product marketing activities must be limited to only those participants licensed/authorised to prescribe or supply medicinal products. As such, all participants, with the exception of the exhibitors, are asked the above question during registration.

On the virtual congress platform, healthcare professionals authorised to prescribe prescription medicines will be recognised from the letter P ('Prescriber') which will appear next to their names.

  • The advertising of prescription-only medicines to non-prescribers is prohibited. When visiting the virtual exhibition or any of the exhibit booths containing information only directed towards prescribing healthcare professionals (HCP), all participants must identify themselves as a prescribing healthcare professional or non-prescribing healthcare professional. Healthcare professionals not eligible to prescribe do not have the permission to read, share or download the content displayed on the respective booths.

  • Upon entering the virtual platform, you acknowledge that the information shared by you is accurate.

We are very excited to welcome you to the WMS 2021 Virtual Congress!
