Registration Fees, Payment, and Cancellation
REGISTRATION FEES
The registration fee for delegates includes:- Congress Welcome Reception, Tuesday 1 October 2013,Asilomar Conference Grounds
- Access to Congress Sessions over the four days of the Congress, Wednesday 2 October 2013 to Saturday 5 October 2013
- All coffee breaks during the Congress. All meals will be served in the Asilomar Conference Grounds dining hall (Crocker Hall) and included as part of the accomodation fee
- Attendance at all Poster Wine and Cheese Sessions Wednesday 2 October 2013 and Thursday 3 October 2013
- Congress bag, name badge and Congress Handbook
- "Neuromuscular Disorders" Abstract Issue
- Gala Dinner Friday 4 October 2013
In addition to the above, Non-Members will receive a one year subscription to the World Muscle Society (inclusive of the journal Neuromuscular Disorders) for 2014.
Accompanying Persons registrations includes the Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner.

Member*
Membership in WMS gives you a lower registration fee. Please note that it is important that you are registered as a member with the society in order to benefit from the lower fee. Please state your membership number when you register. Your registration will be cross checked against the membership database.
Cancellation of Registration
If you cannot attend, your registration is transferable to another member of your organisation. Please inform Congrex Sweden AB as soon as possible in writing (wms.registration@congrex.com) to whom your registration should be transferred to, in order to be able to print the correct name on the name badge.
Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to Congrex Sweden AB. Cancellation of registration will be accepted until 31 August, 2013, and the total amount will be refunded less a cancellation fee of USD 100. We regret that no refund can be made for cancellations received after 31 August, 2013.
All refunds will be issued following the Congress.
Payment
Your registration will only be accepted when full payment has been received. Payment at this time is only by credit card (Visa or Eurocard/Mastercard). We are not able to accept personal or company checks.
