Abstract Submission

DEADLINE FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION: 2 April 2013

Abstracts will be selected by the Programme Committee for oral and poster presentations.

Publication

Accepted abstracts will be published in the journal Neuromuscular Disorders, on condition that the presenting author is registered for the congress upon abstract submission. The journal issue will be given to all delegates attending the Congress upon registration at Asilomar.

Submission instructions
  • The presenting author has to be registered in order to get access to the abstract submission form.
  • Abstracts should be submitted electronically no later than 2 April 2013.
  • Abstracts cannot be submitted by fax, hard copy or e-mail.
  • Acknowledgement of receipt of the submission will be sent to the stated e-mail address. If you do not receive the confirmatory e-mail within 24 hours, please contact us at: WMS.abstract@congrex.com
  • The presenting author will receive all correspondence concerning the abstract and is responsible for informing co-authors of the status of the abstract.
  • The presenting author will have access to the abstract after submission via an on-line Personal Page.
  • A first notification on acceptance of the abstracts will be e-mailed in April 2013.
Abstract instructions
  • Abstracts must be written in English.
  • Maximum 2000 characters (including spaces and excluding title and contact information on authors).
  • References and credits are not to be included in the abstract, nor subheadings or keywords.
  • It is the author's responsibility to submit a correct abstract; any errors in spelling, grammar, or scientific fact will be reproduced as typed by the author, if accepted.
Upon submission, indicate one of the following topics that best describes the content of the abstract:
  1. Myomatrix in Health and Disease
  2. Immunity and Muscle Disease
  3. Advances in Therapy for Neuromuscular Diseases
  4. New advances across the neuromuscular field

Personal Page Abstract

When your abstract is submitted you can follow the progress on-line by entering your Personal Page for abstract.

Your Personal Page for abstracts makes it possible for you to:
    - make changes until submission deadline
    - read and print your abstract

You will be able to access your Personal Page for abstracts by entering your unique user ID and password indicated in the attached file received in the confirmatory email after submission.
