Poster size: Width 90 cm X Height 90 cmPoster number: Provided by Congrex
Mounting: Tuesday 1st October 16:00-19:00 and Wednesday 2nd October AM
Dismounting: Saturday 5th October beginning at 14:00
Please attach your poster on the assigned board for display by using the push-pins provided at the Poster Session area (Fireside Pavilion)
Please attach a photo of the presenting author on the poster (either embedded or separately attached)
You are responsible for setting up and removing your poster. WMS and Asilomar will not be responsible for loss of the poster after removal time
Poster Presentation
Poster presenters have assigned times at which they will have to be ready to present and discuss the poster with other attendees of the poster session. Discussion will be encouraged and facilitated by assigned session facilitators. It is important that you are prepared to present the poster succinctly in a time frame that is no longer than 2 minutes and is focused on the basic message of the poster.
Posters must be in place from Wednesday 2nd October through Saturday 5th October
Poster presenters who are eligible for the young investigator and/or first time presenter awards should obtain the necessary markers for their posters at registration
