Accommodation is not included in your registration fee for the Congress. 

Codan Consulting (based in Czech Republic) has been appointed as the official booking agent for the WMS 2019 in Copenhagen and will be happy to assist you with your bedroom reservation or other related arrangements.

We have been made aware of another unrelated company contacting some of our sponsorship attendees, claiming to be able to help them get cheap hotel prices. We can confirm that this is nothing to do with the WMS 2019 Congress Organisation and therefore should be treated as a scam. If you have any queries about this please let us know.

Hotel rooms of different categories at reduced rates are available for the participants at WMS2019.

WMS Congress 2019 strongly advise booking your accommodation early to take advantage of cheaper prices and more availability of options. Delegates are entirely responsible for their own accommodation arrangements and payments.

Hotel room rates are in DKK (Danish Kroner). Reservations are subject to availability.
