Registration is now closed as we have reached the maximum capacity. The waiting list is also closed. There will be no onsite registration available so please do not travel without a confirmed registration to avoid disappointment.

The above registration fees are stated in Euros and are VAT exempt.

The Registration Fee for delegates includes:

• Networking Reception, Tuesday 1^st October 2019
• Access to all Congress plenary and Poster Sessions, Wednesday 2^nd October to Saturday 5^th October 2019
• All coffee and lunch breaks during the Congress
• Networking Dinner, Friday 4^th October 2019
• Neuromuscular Disorders Abstract Issue
• Certificate of Attendance, name badge and programme handbook

*In addition to the above, Non-Members will receive a one year membership to the World Muscle Society for 2020 (including a one year subscription to the online journal Neuromuscular Disorders).

Please do not book any travel or accommodation unless you have a confirmed registration in place.

Certificate of attendance and CME Certificate:
If you wish to have a certificate of attendance and CME certificate, please log in to the online registration again after the congress and follow the instructions to download your certificate. The link will be available here after the congress.

Please note that WMS is unable to accept registration applications from patient parents/relatives or other members of the public.

Industry Registrations:
Except for separate arrangements with congress sponsors please note that there is a maximum of 3 registrations per industry/third party/VC organisation. It is the responsibility of each organisation to manage this globally. If you can see your organisation is a confirmed sponsor on our SPONSORS PAGE but if you are not sure who the global coordinator is please contact the organisers. Please note that these Industry Registrations do not qualify for WMS membership the following year.

All applicants will need to provide a short profile about why they would like to attend the congress during the registration process. This will be taken in to account when the committee review the submissions. The applicants must be able to demonstrate their scientific/ clinical contribution to the congress. If the organisers are not able to establish a registrant’s academic/ scientific engagement then the registration may be cancelled.

It is not possible to block 3 spaces and confirm names later. All names received by 1^st August 2019 will be confirmed as final. Each organisation can make up to 1 name change per 3 places before this date. Please note that a name change also requires approval of the applicant’s contribution to the congress.

No press passes are available.

Agency Registrations:
If you are an Agency registering a delegate or group of delegates on their behalf please make sure the organisation they represent is entered into the address fields on the registration form rather than your agency address. Please also make sure it is mentioned in the profile you enter for each attendee. If this information is not provided it may delay the review of the application for registration.

CME CREDITS
The WMS2019 Congress will be applying for CME Credits from the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME).

CANCELLATION TERMS
Registered participants who are unable to attend the conference must forward a written cancellation (by email) to the WMS Congress Secretariat (CAP Partner) at ss@cap-partner.eu

Refund of the registration fee (minus 20% for administration costs) will be granted if notification of cancellation reaches the Secretariat in writing on or before 1 August 2019. After this date, cancellations will not be refunded. Refunds will be processed after the congress. No refunds will be granted in case of no show. If, for reasons beyond the control of the organizer, the congress is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the congress.
