There is no registration available onsite at the congress venue. Please do not book travel or hotel accommodation if you do not have a confirmed congress registration.

The above registration fees are stated in USD (United States Dollars) and include 21% of VAT.

The Registration Fee for delegates includes:

• Networking Reception, Tuesday 2^nd October 2018
• Access to all Congress plenary and Poster Sessions, Wednesday 3^rd October to Saturday 6^th October 2018
• All coffee and lunch breaks during the Congress
• Networking Dinner, Friday 5^th October 2018 (optional during the registration process)
• Neuromuscular Disorders Abstract Issue
• Certificate of Attendance, name badge and programme handbook

*In addition to the above, Non-Members will receive a one year membership to the World Muscle Society for 2019 (including a one year subscription to the online journal Neuromuscular Disorders).

Lead Scanners:
By registering for the Congress you agree that if your contact information is captured using the bar code on your attendee name badge with a lead scanner, you may receive information by email from the company or the organisations that scanned you.

Industry Registrations:
Except for separate arrangements with congress sponsors please note that there is a maximum of 3 registrations per industry/third party/VC organisation. It is the responsibility of each organisation to manage this globally. If you can see your organisation is a confirmed sponsor on our SPONSORS PAGE but if you are not sure who the global coordinator is please contact the organisers. Please note that these Industry Registrations do not qualify for WMS membership the following year.

All applicants will need to provide a short profile about why they would like to attend the congress during the registration process. This will be taken in to account when the committee review the submissions. The applicants must be able to demonstrate their scientific and clinical contribution to the congress.

It is not possible to block 3 spaces and confirm names later. All names received by 1^st August 2018 will be confirmed as final. Each organisation can make up to 1 name change per 3 places before this date. Please note that a name change also requires approval of the applicant’s contribution to the congress.

No press passes are available.

Agency Registrations:
If you are an Agency registering a delegate or group of delegates on their behalf please make sure the organisation they represent is entered into the address fields on the registration form rather than your agency address. Please also make sure it is mentioned in the profile you enter for each attendee. If this information is not provided it may delay the review of the application for registration.
