Booking Guarantee
One night's accommodation rate or a credit card is required to secure your accommodation booking. Please note bookings that have not advised either method by 3 September 2010 may be cancelled. The deposit or your credit card guarantee will be forwarded onto the hotel. The hotel at their discretion will deduct the guarantee from your credit card. Delegates are required to settle their own accounts including incidentals incurred upon check out.
Cancellation of Booking
Hotel guests will be subject to the cancellation policy of their nominated hotel. Please contact the Conference Secretariat - EECW Pty Ltd should you wish to be aware of the policy.
Deadlines
Perth has a limited number of hotels and we encourage delegates to book accommodation well in advance. Hotels impose strict release dates for block accommodation bookings. All rooms will be released Friday 27 May 2011 and therefore all accommodation bookings received after this date will be subject to availability.
Preferences
We ask that you please indicate your first 3 preferences of hotels when booking accommodation via the registration form. Limited rooms are available at each property and we recommend accommodation be booked early. Should all 3 preferences not be available – EECW Pty Ltd will contact you.
Amendments to Booking
Amendments to accommodation including hotels, check in/out dates and room type will only be accepted in writing.
Early Arrival or Late Departure
Requests for early check in or late check out must be advised in writing to EECW Pty Ltd. Please note that early check in may require the booking of an additional room night prior to guarantee immediate access to the hotel room.
Terminology
"Double Room" refers to a room with one Double/Queen Bed occupied by two people.
"Twin Room" refers to a room with two Single Beds.
"Single Room" refers to a room with one Double/Queen Bed occupied by one person only.
"Rate" refers to nightly rate unless stated differently.
