Registration is now open for the WMS 2012 Congress.

Registration Fees

Fees set out below are in Australian Dollars and inclusive of 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax

Full Registration Fee Inclusions:

• Congress Welcome Cocktail Party, 9 October 2012
• Access to Congress Sessions over the 4 days of the Congress, Wednesday 10 October 2012 to Saturday 13 October 2012
• All tea breaks and lunches during Congress Program
• Attendance at Poster, Wine and Cheese Sessions, Wednesday 10 October and Thursday 11 October 2012
• Delegate Bag, Name Badge and Program Handbook
• WMS Journal Book of Abstracts
• Congress Dinner, Friday 12 October 2012

In addition to the above Non Members will receive one year annual membership to the World Muscle Society.

Accompanying Partner registration includes one ticket to the Welcome Cocktail Party and Congress Dinner.

Cancellation Policy

Should you be unable to attend the Congress, a substitute is welcome. All cancellation or alterations to registration must be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat, EECW Pty Ltd. Cancellations and 'no shows' that have not paid will be charged the full registration fee and any incidentals including accommodation. All registrations will be accepted in good faith and processed as registered.

Terms of Cancellation

• On or before 30 April 2012 a full refund less AUD$100 cancellation fee
• On or before 31 August 2012 a 50% refund registration only and forfeit costs of accommodation
• 1 September onwards no refund applies
• All refunds will be issued following the Congress.
