Mounting: Tuesday 8th October: 14:00-18:00 and Wednesday 9th AM.
Dismantling: 13th October, 16:00

Please attach your poster on the assigned board for display only by using Velcro provided at the Poster Session room.Other adhesives for displaying posters are strongly discouraged.

Please attach a photo of the presenting author on the poster (either embedded or separately attached).

You are responsible for setting up and also removing your poster. The Secretariat will not be responsible for loss of the poster after removal time.

Poster Presentation

Posters presenters have assigned times at which they will have to be present and be ready to present and discuss the poster with other attendees of the poster session; this discussion will be encouraged and facilitated by an assigned facilitator of the session. It isimportant that you are prepared to present the poster succinctly in a time frame that is no longer than 2 minutes and is focused on the basic message of the poster.

Posters must be in place from Wednesday 9th through Saturday 13th. Posters may be set up from 14:00 on Tuesday 8th.

Poster presenters who are eligible for the young investigator and/or first time presenter awards should obtain the necessary markers for their posters at registration.
